In addition to the renovation of the market’s facade, we are convinced that not everything has to be painted white, and if we have the opportunity, we can beautify the cityscape with stunning artworks.
This is how the fire wall mural, reflecting the atmosphere of Fény Street Market, was created. It is the work of Enikő Váczy (MeowWalls) and is one of the three street art pieces selected through a competition by the market.
In total, street art pieces are being created at three locations. Alongside Enikő Váczy’s fire wall mural, the embroidery on the main entrance gate by Zsófia Szász is already visible, and soon the implementation of Adél Kiss’s work will begin on the parapet wall, facade, and escalator in the inner atrium.
